Buyer beware I payed 9 k down over a kitchen I haven't received these people are scam artist no communication there's people are very outdated and backwards they way the operate

I got windows done with these people and while the product looks nice and install was fast, their poor customer service outweighed all of that. I would not recommend. They even left debris and wood in son's room and used culk cans in my backyard. When I told the sales manager at the Gaithersburg office, his response was "I will let install know"...no apology or acknowledgement of the concern. They also advertised the windows will reduce noise, and from my experience, I notice no difference. Sad to say but would not recommend... read more
