I needed to replace the sliding door. Capital Remodeling send a professional team to do the evaluation and offer options, so we could make an informed decision. Then they send a professional team to do the excellent job on replacing the door.
I am very happy with the excellent work done in upgrading my outdated kitchen and bathroom. While any remodeling or construction project typically involves unexpected details, the team did everything possible to ensure I was completely satisfied with the results. I want to specifically praise the second crew for their outstanding work, as well as the project manager, Josef. I am truly in love with my new kitchen and appreciate the exceptional service provided.
Dev knocked on our door today. I had a nice chat with her and gave her the homeowner’s name and email address ONLY. I said the homeowner is very busy and to email him. Somehow a sales person name Drew call the homeowner multiple times within a 5 minute period and then again an hour later. This became a rather unpleasant issue this evening instead of it being possibility in hiring this company. I was very, very clear on one small simple request and this company couldn’t even get that right.
High pressure sales tactics! They try everything they can to get you to sign on the spot. A 2 hour appointment turned into 4.5 hours with non-stop sales tactics. I felt like I was at time share sales pitch with power point presentations and "if you sign now you get XXX discounts". Who can commit to an expensive kitchen renovation after meeting one time? They took our home valued and took a percentage in order to come up with a quote.
