Can't get a hold of them. The work is rushed and garbage quality. For 12k I'm experiencing a drop in water pressure, and inconsistently able to fully operate the shower. There are constant leaks and mold, and the drainage doesn't work completely. Customer service is non-existent: they say they'll help, then go radio silent. Been arguing with them for 2 years, and honestly just want my money back since they can't meet their contracted promises.
