I asked a quote for 10 windows and scheduled a date but was later called multiples times in order to confirm that appointment and to make sure my wife was going to be present. I confirmed multiple times I would be there. The lady insisted "that's not what I am asking, is your wife attending the 1 hour session"? These guys have the time share approach to get your bucks, without mentioning very impertinent.
THEY HAVE AN ADD IN THE POST IS TOTALLY FALSE. THEY MAKE AN EXCUSE THAT WE DO NOT DO RENTAL PROPERTIES. RUDE AND MISLEADING.BLAME IT ON COMPANY POLICY.
They left an ad on instagram:12 windows for $999 installed with the picture of normal window, I called but the sales person says no such a thing, we must come out and measure, that is understandable but I asked what kind of 12 windows you are selling for $999? As you advertising on instagram?, she hung up the phone!!, I think they are a fake company as other reviews show!!! Just be careful!!
Met them at the Dulles Home Show and scheduled an appointment. I own my house by myself but my boyfriend currently lives with me. We have opposite working schedules and Capital Remodeling REFUSED to meet with me without him there. I have never heard of this and it's ridiculous! Will never use this company nor refer it. How old fashioned and OFFENSIVE!
