Rudest nastiest receptionist I’ve ever spoken to, she refused to accept me as a patient because I was too late in finding out that I was pregnant… (I found out at the emergency room last night and was asked to find an OB/GYN only to have this HORRID RECEPTIONIST laugh over the phone). This place is a joke. Waste of my time every single time I go here. Don’t even get me started on the incompetent nurses.
Very poor customer service, especially in Delmar office. Every time calling them and making an appointment is a struggle, receptionists are not polite or helpful at all.
