Not the best run operation for a doctors office. They once made me pay copay in advance wait in lobby for 40 mins until they realized the provider did not show up for work. Now I'm in Saratoga and see in the paper that my doctor Dr. Awwad is now part of Saratoga Hospital. It would have been nice for Capital Region to notify his patients...
I was highly impressed with the professionalism of this office. Dr. Noce did my surgery and Dr. Scheid did my steroid shots. I especially love their nurses who are amazing!
This is the best place to have spine surgery in the area. I was so pleased that my friend referred me here after I had been passed over by other doctors in the area for years. no one wanted to help me. I saw Dr. Schied who recommended a minimal surgery which fixed a pinched nerve in my neck through a tiny scar. My pain was improved immediately. The staff is helpful and kind. highly recommend

I thought I was imagining things about those doctors. I had three back surgeries and I’m not better at all. And when I didn’t want to have another one. It. seems like they was pushing me to the side. They stop my pain meds so they can give shots in my back. That didn’t work and the doctor was getting upset with me. Now I’m looking for another doctor to help with my new issues because of my back..
