This place is usually great but its really frustrating that theyre open until 7 but dont see patients after 6. If youre open until 7 then you should see patients up until you close. There was not a single soul in that urgent care when we arrived so they had time to see another patient.

My husband took himself and our son (with Autism) who’s not the easiest to handle 😔in to be checked out. I (momma) was on FaceTime from home. From what I could see and hear the staff was so kind, understanding and sweet. They even explained info to me over the phone. We got immediate care and instructions on what to do concerning my sons ear situation. He’s better and home healing. Thank you Lord and the kind staff at Urgent Care 💗.

I went to the clinic in hy-vee last nigh.1/11/23. I have not been that sick in a long time. I can’t. Remember the NP name but she was wonderful. She answered all my concerns and was kind. Thank you for your help. Pamela P.

No signs posted that they are not open today. Called and said open at 10:00. Get here and sign says 10:30…..by 10:40 still no people. Lady next to me called and they said sorry not open today. We are sick. MAYBE POST A D@MN SIGN!!!! Place is a joke!!!
