They are wonderful people, have never ever had a bad experience with them. I have been late so do you car problems, have called and they have been very nice. If something comes up they arrange something for a later date. I can't think of anyone there that had EVER treated me any less then you would EXPECT FROM A CLINIC and they keep busy. Very professional but yet make you feel comfortable. I have been a member for approximately five years.
The rudest clinic I have ever been to. The receptionists are rude and unhelpful. Dont bother showing up on time because its a requirement to check in fifteen minutes early, even if you have been there before and are in their system. If you want me at a certain time, tell me to be there at that time instead of at a later time and expecting me to show up early. The waiting room was empty and they refused to let me see the dr.
