AWESOME DR WHO TRULY CARES ABOUT PATIENT INSTEAD OF JUST PRESCRIBING MEDS. GETS TO THE ISSUE ,SCHIERMEIER, THE FRONT STAFF ARE COOL TOO. ONLY LOW POINT, SO DARN MANY SECURITY FEATURES JUST TO LEAVE A MESSAGE, RIDICULOUS. WANTED TO MESSAGE NURSE, WANTED ADDRESS? NO DAMN REASON, BIRTHDAY NAME AND NUMBER. IRRITATED ME TO POINT OF COMPLAINT. THIS IS NOT DR SCHIERMEIER FAULT, HE IS BY FAR THE BEST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.
We really like our doctor, but forget trying to see him when you're sick. Office staff sends you to urgent care or the ER
My doctor, and all the staff I've interacted with, are always friendly and take the time to really listen to me. They explain things and answer all my questions and never make me feel stupid or like I'm wasting their time. They don't push medications or treatments that I'm not interested in, and they always let us explore other options if available. They get stuff done quickly when it needs done. My doctor is booked out kind of far sometimes, but if it's an urgent issue, they make sure I'm seen. I can't say enough good thing... read more
Dr Jones and her nursing staff are really good listeners and they treat me well. I feel like I'm getting the best possible care!
This place is awesome. I have never had any issurs with this office. Nursing staff is friendly. The drs are friendly and have fantastic bedside manner.
