If I could give this place 0 stars I would went in today to see Shelia Carnett the nurse Emily who I will add isn’t a regular OBGYN nurse she’s from family practice was absolutely disrespectful I’ve never felt more belittled in my life I’m a first time pregnant women I was told my last appointment I was getting an ultrasound and that I was 20 weeks pregnant, only to find out this appointment I’m 17 weeks pregnant and there’s no ultrasound which is understandable BUT HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT instead of being understand... read more
Went in to see Dr. Carnett for pelvic pain. The receptionists had horrible attitudes which is never a good sign. The nurse was rude didn't even ask many questions just figured I was there for a yearly I guess. The doctor comes in, very rushed. I try and get my questions in and I get one word responses. She's in and out of room in the span of 5 minutes. Do better.
Phone always busy can't even reschedule. Oh well.
Dr. Olson saw me through my pregnancy and delivery and was great! Loved his nursing staff as well.
