I was treated by Mackenzie T., an experienced, professional and delightful person to work with. She is compassionate, friendly, caring and supportive. One could not ask for better care. She treated me for a complete reverse shoulder replacement and I expect to be back for another tour following knee replacement in the Spring 2026.
Over the years, our family has utilized the professionals at. Capital District Physical Therapy for a host of different issues. From the front desk staff to the physical therapists, everyone here is friendly, outgoing, and committed to making PT work and be fun. I particularly appreciate their communication throughout he process, including telling you why they are doing what they are doing and making sure you are comfortable with every step they take before, during, and after they take it.
I've been to this practice a few times over the years and the care has been superlative. I've been to other PT places, but this practice has a unique combination of expertise and caring and focus on each individual patient. I recommend them to everyone.
I have a shoulder injury and they are helping me through it every step of the way. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I recommend them to anyone that is needing physical therapy services. 😊
