Compassionate, highly skilled surgeon!! – I had suffered with back pain for many years. Two other surgeons had operated on my spine and I was left with weakness and severe leg and back pain. I first met with Ann Marie, a NP, who was fantastic and eased my concerns. Then she brought in Dr. Scheid, who was the ultimate professional. He diagnosed a problem that had been overlooked before (other surgeons had told me I was inoperable and would have to live with the pain forever) and explained a very complicated minimally invasive... read more

Good place to start and hold your records – We've had a good experience going to SMG, mostly their Neurology Dept. When they realized it was out of their hands, they referred outside and sent records without any problems, and have kept track of the records of all the different places. If we need an X-ray or MRI from another doctor, we get it done at SMG because they give us the CD and report without any problems. While they do charge $10 to fill out a form, they are good about mailing positive test results to you, and very g... read more

It used to be good - going down the drain quick – The Group strongly depends upon electronic medical records., but has no alerts in the system for medication allergies, can't correct the meds. you do take list. When x-rays are taken, you can't borrow them for follow-up. They charge for print-outs needed for others to review. Often, I found their support and medical staff can be ignorant about the complications faced by a breast cancer patient. Administration is training them, like a mantra, to persistently disparage outside ... read more

Will not return to Summit Medical Group or Dr. Eibschutz – Took my 2 girls for annual physicals. Upon completion of physical, asked nurse for a copy of each child's 1 page well being exam (weight, height, vision, etc. recorded). My request was refused; she stated that I had to request a copy of these 2 pages through medical records and pay for them! Moreover, when Dr. Eibschutz examined my daughters, I asked her to sign and date my daughter's one-page form for preschool. Again, Dr. Eibschutz refused my request stating that I... read more

The Most Caring Neurosurgeons Around! Highly Recommended!!! – I got an appt within just 2 days of calling. After a year of fighting with other drs and having no success with injections and physical therapy, Dr. Noce took my complaints very seriously! He took the time to look over my MRIs completely (I have various issues in the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine) and scheduled me for my first of several surgeries right away. Dr. Noce has a very calming and understanding mannerism and does not believe in the "let's wait and s... read more

Avoid these crooks – i figured a medical group like summit would be ideal since they have all the doctors you'd need to handle any medical situation. so i need nose surgery and to understand the cost i call summit medical group who gives me all the possible procedure codes so i can call my insurance company and find out the worst case cost. well they missed half the codes and neglected some other "services" and the bill comes to 2.5x what the worst case cost was. my follow up surgery costs were even worse. every time they pu... read more

Worst nurse in the history of time – STAY AWAY from this office... Although Dr. Wedlow is nice, the nurse and staff are horrid! If you have an emergency situation, Noreen (her nurse) will do the best she can to not assist you in your time of need. They offer 24 hour services, if you need them after hours is so much blah blah blah. I can only hope that Nurse Noreen winds up in the same situation I was in.

Highly recommended . . . – Dr. Marla Abramson is a great physician and diagnostician. She is also warm, caring and attentive to her patients and makes herself available when needed. I can recommend her wholeheartedly and without hesitation.
