Front desk staff treats you like an idiot.
Incredibly positive prenatal and delivery experience with the midwives and their team. Warm, communicative, well informed, and respectful. Would highly recommend if you are interested in going the midwife route. We did a lot of research during the prenatal period and advocated for ourselves throughout. It felt like we were in control despite a number of twists and turns. The care was excellent.
I have had two pregnancies and deliveries under the care of capital region midwifery and I could not ask for better care. I was able to have a successful VBAC with my second and without interventions at St Peters Hospital. I am thankful for my entire experience with both of my children and look forward to another in the future. If you want an empowering birth experience, to go in educated, and are open to the entire birth experience then this practice is the best in my opinion.
