What a joke. I send pictures for a fall cleanup, im given a quote. We agree, I send a followup email to set the expectation. I'm advised they will send someone out to look. We set a date. That day, a sub contractor shows up and then leaves. No pun intended. I reach out and am told I misrepresented with the pictures. I ask what happened to coming out and taking a look as you mentioned. Great service, prompt and efficient
I've used Capital Region Lawn Care for spring/fall cleanups, snow removal, and occasional mowing over the last few years, and their service has been fantastic. Jeremy is very responsive and has even squeezed me with last-minute requests.
We called last minute looking for a day rental. Not only did they respond promptly but they dropped off & picked up FAST! Best price in the area! They were very good at communicating too. Highly recommend!!
