Wonderful to finally be pain free after dealing with gnawing lower back pain and intermittent sciatica for over 50 years
The treatment, staff and doctor at Spinal Aid (Capital region spinal) are absolutely second to none. I've had on and off back pain from deteriorated disc and herniated disc for years and tried the medicine route which gave short term pain relief for a while (sometimes). I tried physical therapy and regular chiropractics- some mild relief.Then Dr. Milham put me on decompression therapy with structural rebalancing exercises. What a difference. It gave me my life back.
I have had low back pain with on and off siatica for years and I'd been to different chiropractors and physical therapists with temporary relief at best. Iwent through Dr. Milhams spinal decompression and rebalancing program and did even better than I thought I could. I purposely waited a few months until I was done with the treatment to report back and I still feel great.
Dr. Milham is very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for helping me achieve a pain-free life again!
