We recently moved to the area. I was looking for a new PCP. when I cashed Capital Region Family medicine, they originally couldn't get me in until October 5th as a new patient. I hurt my back moving, caked back and asked to be put on a waiting list, they got me in the next morning. I saw Lauren Stealey and she is wonderful. She listened to my concerns, answered my questions and explained everything. The receptionists were very helpful and pleasant.
En este consultorio todo se ve muy limpio y organizado. También he experimentado que tanto como el doctor Luis Daniel Díaz y el personal muestran interés por escuchar y atender a sus pacientes lo mejor posible en una manera profesional, amable y considerada. Hasta ahora la experiencias que he tenido aquí ha sido muy buena. Le recomiendo a los que están buscando un buen médico que hable Español e English que llame y haga su primera consulta y si lo desea dejenos saber su experiencia por este medio.
My fiance just had an outpatient mass removal on the back of his head that he has had for years. Needless to say, I am really disappointed in the care he received after his procedure. First, there was no suggestion to make sure he didn't drive home from his procedure. Thankfully, I had someone take him because there was a decent amount of blood from the mass removal that led to him falling down from being so light headed after he was discharged. The office manger is extremely rude and unprofessional. It took 6 months just to get an appointment and then I had to deal with her bad attitude. I would not recommend this facility for any reason.
