William came and pretreated and steam cleaned my carpet with a last minute reservation. Most professional, friendly and accommodating company I have had the pleasure of dealing with. From having a dog going anywhere she pleases even after taking her outside he managed to get rid of the stains and orders left in the carpet. He cleaned my front door area free of charge. Reasonably priced and he did a great job. I will be using him again and recommending him to everyone I know. Thank you for coming, I really appreciate it.
