This company used to be a legitimate general contractor. Now, they are just completely shady. Has not paid their hourly employees and refuses to pay their subcontractors even after the customer/tenant has paid already. Even so slimy to use "covid" as an excuse not to sign certified mail. Do not let the old reviews fool you, this company is nothing but a shell of it's old self and will try to survive at the expense of hard-working family small businesses. Capital Reconstruction, Inc. is a pleasure to work with! I have used them for many tenant buildouts and they do outstanding work! The whole team is responsive, on top of things and works hard to get the project completed within the scheduled time frame. Larry is always ready and willing to answer my questions and always available. His supervisors are right on top of the projects. They are top notch and I highly recommend them!
