I am a physically disabled woman working as a sitter for a resident in a building they manage. I am not able to walk the distance across the street, where they want me to park. It is on the street and at times I have been almost hit by vehicles trying to walk across the street. There is always empty spots in the lot next to the building, but I get threatening letters from the office saying they will tow my vehicle. I have disabled tags. Think I better call a lawyer
My experience with this management company is concerning their management of a HUD apartment complex in Ark City, KS. Their main offices seem to be up by Kansas City. I'm sad that someone locally isn't managing this HUD complex on behalf of the elderly and disabled residents who must live there at Windsor Court in Ark City. It could be such a nice place for them.
