Phone access is near impossible, it makes me think that their phone service is not actually functioning. I had an ultrasound completed and the results were "sent" to my GP however they never arrived. 3 follow-ups later and the GP finally got the copy (via fax). I tried all morning today for a new booking but the system is broken and the phones aren't being answered. Take your mecial imaging elsewhere, vote with your wallet.

Extremely rude & condescending receptionist today, and extremely poor communication from all parties involved all week. Do not bother with this business. My partner needed a biopsy performed and has been trying to coordinate with them all week. Kept getting told mixed information from each person she spoke with. Apparently her case was marked for 'protocol' and needed a manager to call her (they did not). Rude and Late results. To be honest with so many X-Ray clinics why come here. Perhaps the worst customer service i have seen in a long time. X-Rays here take 48 to 72 hours to submit results, and no one takes responsibility. Highly suggest try another provider in Williamstow or go to Altona.
