Friendly and attentive staff
My GP referred me to Capital Radiology and my experience, or more appropriately, ‘non experience’ was most disappointing. I called at 8:46am on a Friday to make a booking or confirm opening hours. After holding for 10 minutes during which time I heard repetitive times they were busy, although I was informed I could ‘walk in’ for an X-Ray, so I hung up and went to the clinic. I’ve been to Capitol a fair amount over ten years, and have always found it as a practice professional, efficient and kind.
Then when I had a CT scan I got the same treatment. Cathy the receptionist and Tracey were great also.
