My Daughter went for a URGENT bilateral breast ultrasound.... over a week ago.. still no report submitted doctors and doctors clinic has been following up... and yet absolutely nothing.. it is DISGUSTING... this is a young girl that could have serious issues and you are playing around with reports...
They take forever to send you YOUR imaging results, costing us more appointment reschedules with dr’s and time having pain
Rackless and extremely poor service. My GP has not received my MRI report despite my repeated requests, and they are deceiving me. Neither my emails nor my phone calls received a response. I was notified via email that they had sent, but when I contacted my general practitioner, they hadn't. deceiving and lying. Since i-med don't have any quick slots, I had to use Werribee Capitol Radiology thinking will get the report but took me struggle to get the report after five days when the Medical centre contacted them. Very rude behaviour with the patience over the phone , very disappointing, never recommended
Great place for xrays. I have never had to wait long and staff are very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend.
