Easy access and loads of carparking available. office is clean and well lit, with easy access. Medical practitioners go above and beyond with everything explained in an understandable way. Care and procedure is outstanding
I expected consistent quality from a private facility, but my experience varied quite a lot. My first appointment was postponed because the technician was on leave. That was understandable, but for a scan that relies heavily on menstrual timing, I would have appreciated clearer guidance or at least a basic check to confirm whether the timing was still appropriate. The team here are incredible, the receptionist is helpful and friendly, the team conducting the X-rays and scans have always been so kind and knowledgeable and the doctor onsite is amazing he went over and above finding something that could have been incredibly problematic in my sons lung from a stomach ct, he then informed us proactively contacted my doctor and confirmed with an X-ray on the lung.
