Radiographer's report of my ultrasound scan failed to communicate to my doctor the urgency of the situation i was in (I was subsequently diagnosed with cancer) which actually led my doctor to believe the conclusion was 'normal'. The report my doctor received communicated unimportant information up top and the important and relevant information on the bottom of the page after the radiologist's sign off and after a box with information on telehealth. Disappointing experience overall. At my first appointment, the sonographer was quite rude. She dismissed me, saying I was "way too early" for a scan. I had no idea how far along I was, which is why my doctor scheduled the ultrasound 4–5 weeks after our consult. Regardless, I was paying for the service and didn't expect to be treated that way. Had a CXR today, 5min wait time. radiographer was friendly and professional. Shout out to the lady at the front desk, she wad so friendly and positively outgoing that both my partner and myself walked away impressed with her positive manner!
