I called 3 times, at least 45 minutes each time trying all the different options, simply had to cancel a booking but I couldn’t because the call dropped out each time, reception staff are lovely in person, but treat the phone like it’s poison
I arrived 5 minutes late for my appointment due to difficulty finding the location. Despite this, the receptionist completely ignored me for another 5 minutes while I was standing at the queue. Then, I was informed that because of my initial 5-minute delay, my appointment was canceled. The service and lack of professionalism at the reception were extremely disappointing.
Highly recommend Sameet, this is my second year to see her. She is nice, patient and you won't feel nervous.
Radiographer's report of my ultrasound scan failed to communicate to my doctor the urgency of the situation i was in (I was subsequently diagnosed with cancer) which actually led my doctor to believe the conclusion was 'normal'.
