Worst staff ever, she was rude and incompetent. Don't know who hires such a staff. If I could give - minus rating, I would give that. Not gonna use this service. Better to travel to another suburb. They never understand the urgency of the person, just show rudeness. Heartless staff.
Tried to call to make an appointment for an URGENT ultrasound so really needed to be within the next 24 hours. Phone message said to make an appointment via an online portal. So went online and put in all the details and I the site said will call back. Waited all day...no call back. Tried calling again...no answer. Waited till the next day. Tried calling again. Expect to wait 30-60 minutes past your appointment time before you're seen - they do not respect your time. They have signs up everywhere saying "We're so understaffed please be kind :(((((" but do nothing to fix it. It looks like their printing budget is higher than their hiring budget.
I followed the instructions on the website to book online and sent a copy of the referral via the booking portal. I waited two weeks and had not heard back. I called and told the receptionist o hadn’t heard. She said they were busy. She then said they could not see me for 8 weeks! I had to email my referral again. I went to my early morning Sat appointment for ultrasound and as soon as I walked in I could see the receptionist was slow and tired at 8:30am. No smile. No good morning.
