This place is an absolute disappointment. Went in a couple of weeks back for an MRI. First of all called to make an appointment waited on hold 3 times for over 30 minutes each call. Drive dow to make appointment. Called Mt specialist ro make sure they received scan and reports Sorry Capital didn't send them. Drove down to pick up scans and reports. These guys were amazing! Everyone was extremely kind and super helpful. After a horrible experience trying for 2 days to call our medical radiology and leaving several messages with a promise from them to call me back to make a booking with no reply at all i might add, I ended up calling Capital and got through straight away. I had my ct scan an hour later! All the staff r lovely here, will b going here in future even though it's a little futher away from my home. Thankyou kindly to the staff 4 being so kind .
