I am sitting in my car outside of the clinic in tears following a horrible experience with the reception staff. Unfortunately I did not get her name but she was so rude. I came in for a simple xray and ultrasound. She told me it was going to cost an exorbitant amount if I want to get them done together even though I was told by my specialist it will be bulk billed. They dont deserve one star. Its policy that i ha e to give em. Anyway. They dont care about patients time and money. They can cancel your appointment 15 min prior cause they can. Doesn't matter from where you are coming, even if you took day off from work and organised everything. Don't visit this pathetic place. Rude staff.
Canceled my scan with 10 mins notice and not accomodating for someone who is pregnant. Disappointing service when many arrangements had been made and scan was booked weeks in advance.
Worst staff ever, she was rude and incompetent. Don't know who hires such a staff. If I could give - minus rating, I would give that. Not gonna use this service. Better to travel to another suburb. They never understand the urgency of the person, just show rudeness. Heartless staff.
Tried to call to make an appointment for an URGENT ultrasound so really needed to be within the next 24 hours. Phone message said to make an appointment via an online portal. So went online and put in all the details and I the site said will call back. Waited all day...no call back. Tried calling again...no answer. Waited till the next day. Tried calling again.
