Anthony your care, patience and understanding met our expectations and beyond. You were so good with our daughter, you made her feel comfortable, heard and accommodated for when things got a little hard for her. I rang Capital Radiology at the sunshine private hospital at midday as I had a Refferal for some lung scans, feeling so stressed out. They were so accomodating squeezed me in at the end of the day and were very polite and gentle. I had Anthony take me in to do the nuclear screening. His customer service and knowledge was exceptional. He was very gentle and calming, he explained the process of everything so well and did not make me feel embarrassed once about how nervous I felt.
