Lovely place, brand new and very clean. Nice staff - especially Dr Ivan B. who made me feel very comfortable during my first mri. Nice experience. Also, they take care of your parking - they give you a voucher. Make sure you park outside the private hospital and not the potholed big carpark next door though...
Website booking form is broken. Kept saying attach referral despite being attached. I even waited 5min to make sure not stuck in background but form won't submit. Tried phone instead, was in the queue for almost 20min and they just ended the call. The machine recording said their lines too busy with other patients and to go to book via website. What a conundrum!!!!
Deserve less than a star, changed time for my infant’s appointment by 30 mins earlier without my prior confirmation, when i arrived they told its cancelled as you are late.
I attended Capital Radiology at Sunshine Private Hospital for my 32-week ultrasound, which was my final scan before giving birth. I went into the appointment feeling both excited and anxious, knowing it would be the last opportunity to see my baby before meeting him. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst ultrasound experience I’ve had throughout my entire pregnancy.
