Amazing !! They were able to fit me in last minute for a scan that my doctor required. They were very professional, friendly, and were able to assist me. Very grateful for their help as we were coming up to a long weekend.
Always been a pleasure dealing with Sereena and the whole team at Capital St. Albans. Been there for a few scans... their new headquarters at Sunshine Private are very modern. Great Service!
They left us waiting for our appointment to then say we don't have your referral. On appointment they didn't inform us to drink water. Plus you have to pay for parking. Extremely frustrating.
I made an appointment last week and it was never mentioned that you have moved. The direction in the old place isn't very clear. Just lucky to see someone looking for the place as well. I was told by the receptionist that they never tell the patients unless they ask. I think that is very wrong. It's part of customer service to let your clients know. Staff capable, kind and caring, from admin to technical and medical staff.. Yes sometimes we have to wait longer than we might hope. People come here for complex procedures. We need to stay calm, and remember to be grateful for services such as this.
