Unbelievable! Been here a couple of times, first 2 times were very average but today was truly the worst.. Waited over an hour for a walk in service (x-ray}. To watch who I believe was a radiologist text on her phone the majority of the wait, occasionally she would put her phone down when the other staff walked by. When we finally were called in, I was told I could not be there to help my mother who has spinal and neck injury get dressed and undressed for the x-ray. Honestly absurd experience!
