Disgusted, won’t go back. I attended for a CT this morning and the experience was terrible from the moment I arrived. The receptionist couldn’t interpret my referral and told me I had already had the ultrasound done, despite me being there for the CT. The Chinese radiographer asked where I was experiencing pain, but then proceeded to physically MOVE me with almost no communication or warning. Had an appointment at 1:50 arrived early to send referral (hadn’t been provided email prior) for 3yo who had been holding bladder for hours for this appt (as instructed). PhoneReception was not working in the room so had to step out of building to send it through.
