The website notifies walk-in only. I came yesterday (taking time off work) to be told CT Scan appointments are taking priority for the day so I was turned away. I have returned as instructed but more CT scans are taking priority. I did TRY and make an appointment via the online portal but didn’t receive any notification. It is meant to be walk-in anyway? Receptionist was so impersonal and rude. A smile wouldn’t go astray especially when the appointment system is so chaotic.
