Fantastic staff, very friendly efficient, kind & caring
Had an appointment at 1:50 arrived early to send referral (hadn’t been provided email prior) for 3yo who had been holding bladder for hours for this appt (as instructed). PhoneReception was not working in the room so had to step out of building to send it through. Came back into the clinic with email sent at time of appointment to see reception not at the desk but could hear her in another room talking so waited for a few minutes which was fine. Friendly staff around. Always helpful
Had a horrible experience here yesterday with the receptionist girl. Was helping a family member out and was told to do something by the radiologist which I had done. Then the receptionist was extremely passive aggressive and rude and belittled me in front of the room full of patients. Honestly have never experienced anything like this before. I completely understand their was a mistake made, which wasn’t a big deal mistakes happen the issue is was the disgusting attitude from the girl, I’d suggest getting a job maybe not in... read more
I was seen to very quickly with not too much wait time. The receptionist was lovely and the room's were clean and tidy, if needed be I'd go to Capital again.
