I had a ultrasound scan and the older lady in her sixties was not at all gentle she actually hurt me when probbing and I yelped and no apologies not very professional!!
Reception counter was unattended, was then told over 45min wait time for a walk in chest xray, Receptionist was abrupt and rude, definitely wont be attending here in the future for anything.
The process from beginning to end was very well managed
The website notifies walk-in only. I came yesterday (taking time off work) to be told CT Scan appointments are taking priority for the day so I was turned away. I have returned as instructed but more CT scans are taking priority. I did TRY and make an appointment via the online portal but didn’t receive any notification. It is meant to be walk-in anyway? Receptionist was so impersonal and rude. A smile wouldn’t go astray especially when the appointment system is so chaotic.
