The receptionist on the phone was one of the rudest i’ve ever dealt with. Extremely demanding, no manners and hung up on me when I told her I couldn’t present my referral immediately but was happy to email it
Brought my daughter in for an MRI and the whole process was very smooth and had us both at ease. Kim in reception was so pleasant to speak with and explained everything to my daughter in an easy to process manner for her, which I was so thankful for. Thanks for a fantastic service from beginning to end!
Fantastic service from the team at Capital Radiology Niddrie! I originally tried to book in with a different place only to never hear back from them. Kim on the other hand was able to get me in right away, very minimal wait. And when I had issues on the day of my appointment, Kim again was super understanding, accommodating and helpful!
