Thank you capital radiology. What a breath of fresh air it was dealing with capital radiology today. Lovely receptionist ( Mary ) got me in as soon as I called. And the radiologist was lovely to deal with also. In and out in a jiffy. I would definitely recommend them.

No confirmation after booking. I booked 2 appointments for this week. Even no one let me know they closed! But this maybe a good news.

Calm relaxing environment. Only had to wait about 5 minutes before seeing radiologist. Very professional and courteous. Felt comfortable. However though received referral from GP Tuesday morning appointment not available til Friday morning. Haven't had that delay before so maybe less staff on during Covid??

The Moorabbin office closed on 23/12/19 and will reopen on 13/01/20. If you call the Moorabbin number during this time it diverts to the Cheltenham office. I wasn’t informed of this when I called the Moorabbin number on 06/01/20 to book an ultrasound on 09/01/20, so I turned up to an appointment at a closed office. When I called to complain I was told I wasn’t the first person to complain about this! If only the Cheltenham staff could inform people that the Moorabbin office is closed when they call to make their appointments... read more

So disappointed with my experience here. We booked a 20-week ultrasound weeks in advance, I am pregnant with twins and ensured the clinic was aware of this. They indicated that it was fine, and even booked an extra-long appointment to compensate. We were called a few hours before the appointment to say that they couldn't see us, as they don't scan for twins! My husband and I both took time off work to attend, and now he cannot make it to the next appointment! So upset and frustrated.
