Not only the report took forever but it was so vague and lacked important details. As if written by an amateur. As a consequence doctor likely another report and I have to re do it somewhere else.
Never leave google reviews but just wanted to complement the receptionist on 21/11/24 around 2pm for their amazing work! They were working alone and dealt amazingly politely and patiently with so many difficult customers, including someone with no English ability at all. People waiting were rude, impatient and frustrated at the lack of x-ray service that day and the receptionist was still professional and lovely :))
Booked here for an urgent biopsy, Elena was able to fit me in the next day (which is near impossible), the nurse and doctor was super friendly and amazing, the staff at the front desk were fantastic too, they accidentally overcharged me and rang me straight away as I was walking out to refund me the amount.
