Dr request urgent for hospital follow up stuff waited 3 days to read request and still want 3 to working days to reply to doctor request and hospital messages for a stroke unit. Not going there anymore
Very disappointing service. I took my daughter for an urgent X-ray on Monday morning, but even after several follow-ups the report has still not been sent. If a child has a fracture, how can the doctor treat without a timely report? Each time I ask, they just say they are not sure when it will be ready.
Terrible service. My daughter’s urgent X-ray was done on Monday morning, but even after many follow-ups the report is still not sent. How can a doctor treat a child without the report? Delays like this put children’s health at risk and cause huge stress for parents.
NEVER again. I don’t even have words for the ridiculous circus I endured at this place. It took 9 people including myself and child patient, GPs x2, GP receptionist, pathology receptionists x2 and pathologists x2 for pathologist to figure out that “midline back pain” and “X-ray spine” means X-ray the middle of the child’s back.
