Took nearly 2 hours to be seen. We were given several different explanations for the delay. At one point, we were told we were next, but five other patients were seen while we were still waiting. When I asked again, we were given yet another explanation — this time that the X-ray was taking too long. Very frustrating experience, especially when you’re given inconsistent information about the wait time.
While the scan and staff were good, the management have failed to set up a reasonable access to the MRI images. This creates a barrier to access for patients. They ask for $20 to "burn the images to CD". Who has a CD drive in 2026? Considering the cost of the initial MRI, another $20 for outdated technology isn't reasonable or contemporary.
The best medical imaging experience I’ve ever had. Super easy to book, the tech was so calming and explained everything properly to me. The clinic was clean, they saw me quickly for my appointment and I will absolutely go here again for imaging in the future.
