I would Not recommend going to Capital radiology in Epping, l had basic xray, after 3 days had GP appointment to discuss results to be told no report was released, so l called them & they said they are sorry they have no one to report xray the person is sick, so l needed to reschedule my GP appt for 5 days And after 5 days still No report, so called Capital again to get same excuse, l said l need report by this afternoon before my GP appt, which l had to reschedule and she said she will try, only to receive a call from her 2... read more

I’m very disappointed at what just happened today at your Epping clinic. Yesterday at 11.08 I called and arranged an appointment for my daughter with the staff for a ct- abdomen and pelvic scan and she boooed me in for today at 11.40am. She proceeded to get my daughters details - dob etc and told me she needed to fast and to drink 1 litre of water before arrival.
