Friendly staff quick service
Came on time but waiting for an xray over 35min. Repeatedly told will get you in now however still waiting 10min later. Had a referral for bilateral ankle ultrasound which needed some sorting out however if questions were asked correctly during booking would have avoided delays. I would recommend to ask if digital referral is available and if so can be sent beforehand. That way clients valuable time is not wasted.
Disgraceful place. Got turned away for being a few mins late after being stuck in traffic that I couldn’t control. No compassion and empathy towards patients.
