Ben was extremely efficient courteous and polite considering we were a little late to the appointment. This was extremely appreciated considering how busy it was on the day. Thanks Ben..you’re the benchmark and an example of customer service excellence at its best!
Service was prompt & clinician & admin staff pleasant & courteous.
The service was excellent. The receptionist, Kathryn was very understanding and I was fortunate that I was able to be seen a bit earlier than scheduled I will be recommending Capital Radiology.
Was on hold for 15 minutes. I had one quest To ask. Appalling.
They don't answer the phone and terminate all calls that are currently on hold (I waited for over 30 minutes). This happened three times today. Appalling.
