Great experience in having my procedures.
Had a very good experience here a few weeks ago. Had a booked, morning appointment, started on time, was well handled and efficient. No issues at all.
I hate to leave a review, but if you are referred to this practice, do yourself a favour and avoid the Elsternwick location—especially if your technician is Gavin. I attended with a support person, and I am utterly terrified for anyone who has to go through this alone, particularly women. I left feeling violated, embarrassed, dismissed, and completely unsupported. No patient should leave a medical appointment feeling humiliated or unsafe & have dried blood all over their arm. very efficient in getting an appointment, did not have to wait too long in having the scan done. Efficient radiographer.
The staff at front desk were very helpful,the person who took the Xrays explained what was going to happen and made feel calm
