You can’t please everyone and with today’s health system being what it is, will you wait sometimes? Yes probably, like everywhere in the world. Are they doing the best they can? I absolutely believe they are. Have I watched multiple people come in at wrong appointment times and then be rude to staff, yes, pretty much every visit. I have just had approximately ten x-rays taken by Faith who was absolutely amazing- kind, caring and professional. It was lovely to have met her and be attended to by her. Thank you 🌹
Absolutely disgusting service. For x'"ray you can't make a booking, you have to go in and sit there in hope that they will call you. I sat at the dandenong center for ONE hour and no one called me . I was there first thing in the morning, there were only about 7-8 patients there.
No such thing as friendly service. This place the girl behind the counter speaks to me as if I insulated her at check in. Secondly when I finally got called to the changing area,this young man wearing a mask patronised me with his basic instructions in a very load voice.When I asked him to lower his voice,he replied this is how I talk.Don't think so as I heard him talking to his colleague in a low keyed voice.The tiny rooms are hot and costraphobic.
