Non professional and Rude receptionist. Never again visit. Booked for MRI scan for my wife for an TAC appointment. Attended on time said that can not be done unless there is claim number. We told her that we are paying from our pocket but still she refused to give the service later checked with other radiologies found one on Packenham on the same day to do the test. Choose Cranbourne was waste of time.
