The staff are caring and dedicated. Sam helped me through the process with such compassion, did everything she could and went above and beyond to help me get the correct paperwork to allow me to get an MRI. They were understanding of the stress of the situation and treated me with kindness and respect.

I visited over the weekend (28/02/26) for an urgent scan on my daughter’s left wrist. Sam at the front desk was incredible — she immediately understood the urgency and made sure the scan and report were prioritized. Thanks to her effort, the in‑house doctor reviewed the results the same morning, allowing us to head straight to ED for further treatment. Sam went above and beyond with her care, professionalism, and sense of responsibility. Exceptional service — truly appreciated!
