I booked a x-ray and ultrasound with Ryan, he hang up on me and was terrible on the phone. It seems like he hates his job. Poor costumer service

Had a wonderful experience at Capital Radiology Clayton for my ultrasound this morning (Tuesday - 8-th September 2026) A special thanks to Olivia, the sonographer - she was incredibly patient, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout the entire scan. She explained everything clearly as she went, which was super reassuring. The reception staff were also fantastic - warm, welcoming, and efficient right from the moment I walked in. Highly recommend this team!
The staff members are very helpful. I recommend this place highly.
