My mother had an appointment scheduled for 8:30 AM. When we arrived on time, we were told the appointment was cancelled. The staff showed a poor attitude, and insisted they had called and sent a message — but this was not true. More often than not, people do not leave good reviews. It's often easier to thank someone in person after their service but the women and men at this radiology centre deserve both in person gratitude and all these great reviews. I had a disappointing experience with Capital Radiology. The lack of communication skills and effort to provide satisfactory responses was concerning. When I reached out, I didn't receive the level of communication or support I expected.
Receptionist staff and sonographer lady is very friendly and lovely. sonographer lady was so clam. I was nervous intially but she explained me each and every step of ultrasound and make me feel comfortable.
Just had an abdominal scan done by Kathiee at the Clayton branch! Very pleasant, kind professional… actually too good to be true! Me being the inquisitive girl that I am, she answered every question I had about what she was doing. In short, I came out of the room with a lifted spirit because of her conduct. She is a true example of the calibre that Capital Radiology should hire! Thanks Kathiee 🥰
