I the team at Capital Radiology in Cheltenham. Excellent reception team, made me feel welcome, made the process & procedure easy to understand. The medical team put me at ease and we’re informative about the process. A fantastic clinic and a great bunch of people. I would highly recommend!
Phone call after phone call and no one ever answers! I had an appointment booked for today at 2pm, get a text message saying had to cancel my appointment due to unforseen circumstances. Please call to reschedule, but yet no answer once again! Ive been waiting for someone to pick up the phone for the last 12mins. The only way to get an appointment is to actually go down there and deal with rude staff members at the reception desk. Excellent service. My wife was a bit nervous but they put her at ease and she had no problems.
Had scans of knees and hips performed at Cheltenham. Radiologist recommended cortisone injection in the hip and made appointment. Scans were sent to my orthopaedic surgeon. He identified the problem was NOT in my hip but in my pelvis!!! I attempted to call Capital Radiology Cheltenham three different occasions to cancel the appointment. I have been going here for years personally. I thought I would take the opportunity and advise that my experience there with staff were amazing. I went there days in a row for my father and the staff were attentive, friendly, patient and very helpful (4th and 5th March 2025) Excuse the spelling however Bridget and Mary were great as well as the staff whom attended to us. I would recommend to those whom are local to this store. Nothing to fault.
