I will never be going back to this place. Appalling customer service over the phone when trying to chase up results. At the time of my MRI I was told results would be available in 2 days and after 6 days I was told report still not done. Staff couldn’t tell me when, I wasn’t able to speak with anyone higher and I was not given a time as to when the report would be done. Please don’t go here🙏 Waste of money and time. Recently I did my abdomen scanning in capital radiology camberwell the result was like wierd . They can’t find anything. I have to go and do one more scanning in other place.waste of money👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 The reception staffs are very unpleasant. We’re paying money so they have the responsibility to give detailed scanning result.
Good location only is just a x-ray 2 minute.. waiting time 40 minutes get people tension..
