Very unprofessional. I booked my appointment 10 days in advance and the tech cancelled it the morning of test just 1 hour before appointment. Unapologetic and ruined my morning after fasting and prepping for test.
Took my mum to this radiology clinic for an ultrasound and we had a really great experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and patient.highly recommended!
Received text “Your Doctor has sent your referral directly to us at Capital Radiology . We will respond by next business day to offer you an appointment”. I was not contacted so I called 3 days later and found out they lost my referral. How do you mess up something so simple?
A bit disappointed with the length getting the results. The radiologist confirmed 2 times we'll have the results with a few days, but at the doctor's, we are told the radiologist haven't done the ultrasound's results. . Not a big deal just having to come back ...
Leaves you on hold for an entire hour to make an appointment to then hang up !! Disrespectful and waste of peoples time .. disappointing to say the least
