We found the profresionals extremely unprofesional and their behavior frankly absurd, considering the potentually life altering reasons for which needed to visit.
Went to this Radiology on Monday noon after my doctor requested I get an urgent x-ray of my hand after a bad fall. I was assured by the radiologists that my the doctor will receive the X-ray within 2 hours. I rang the Tuesday morning as doctor did not receive it and found it was sent to the wrong place! Receptionist then confirmed she has sent to correct medical practice while we were on the phone. Rang again in the afternoon as my doctor still has not received it.
