Rude receptionist probably fed up with her own work and life claimed I was being rude and hung up on me. After me being on hold for almost half hour! Go get some love in your life lady.
5 full business days after a basic X-ray and still no results. It’s 2026 Australia! Avoid at all costs.
Very disappointed that X-ray results are unavailable after 7 days. My doctor asked for the results to be urgently supplied but was not given any assurances of availability on phone. I am unable to move forward until results are known and remain in serious pain needlessly. Please do better.
