Capital Contact centre confirmed at the time of booking that Ultrasound for kids is bulk billed at Capital Radiology Berwick. However, on the day of scan the lady at the reception completely refused to bulk bill - saying ultrasound scan is never bulk billed. When I insisted she check with the contact centre person who did the booking, she said different centres have different rules and only Capital Radiology Dandenong and Frankston allow bulk billing for kids but not Berwick! Pretty disappointing, had 2 scans for the same day and only gave me time for one and not the other. Now have to book again and waste another day. I just had my second attempt to go to my appointment and it’s another waste of my time. They did not tell me that I had to request a female to do my ultrasound. So irresponsible, this is the second time you have given me half the information and I don’t find this out until I am already there wasting my time and fuel. Disgusting how incompetent your staff reception are!
I was very disappointed with Lauren’s behavior at reception. She came across as extremely rude and unprofessional. A more respectful and polite approach is expected in a customer-facing role.
