Very bad experience staff was not fulfilling the privacy policy and in such a rush to do the scan
What a joke of a place. initially our appointment was at 3pm. in the day they asked if could be pushed to 3.30pm which I agreed to. we reached there at 320 to complete forms and only got seen at 4.20pm. a 50 minute wait from our appointment time is ridiculous. when I questioned reception she said our appointment was for 4pm, which was incorrect. how hard is it to book people in at the right time. we will not be returning back here.
Had my first MRI which was confronting being Claustrophobic. Sandra and team were amazing. I had a couple of episodes in there but they helped me get through it, and got all the scans they needed for my appointment. THANK YOU! I hope this feedback gets to you. I'm more than Grateful!
