Worst place, not organized, long waiting time. Not respecting patients time.
Always difficult getting through even if they have just called you. You spend up-to 30minutes waiting for the phones to be answered. I don’t have time to wait around on the phone for it just to be answered. I had to call back because my appointment was cancelled then the morning of my rescheduled appointment I received a voicemail that it was cancelled again but that they could rebook me same day if I called back asap. Poor staff experience: I visited today regarding my knee xray. I was told by receptionist that there’s not much information on referral to be eligible for bulk billed. They can’t not process and I have to see radiologist privately to pay $225 approx. I immediately contact to doctor to explain everything and he said how can he write more until he don’t see xray report 😂. That’s funny and which makes sense too. I’m sorry for capital radiologist owner over losing customer because of poor knowledge staff they have.
