Rude
The centre needs to work on their customer service staff. Been there few of time and she was rude not once but few times. No compassion.
Always very helpful to obtain an appointment as soon as possible plus their radiographers are friendly and efficient.
There was a lady on the phone as a receptionist for all clinics. Very unhelpful and dismissive. I don’t understand why you have a job doing this if you hate it so much. So sad for some people. This place charges quite a lot for scans and only a very small part is covered by Medicare. For pregnant mums out there who don’t earn a lot it’s actually really expensive and I don’t know how people afford it.
