Excellent pleasant Customer service and helpful
I had a morphology pregnancy ultrasound yesterday with the male practitioner. He was very rough and unprofessional during the procedure, and my stomach hurts the next day. An ultrasound should be a safe and painless experience, but this was not. I had a terrible experience and wouldn’t recommend this clinic.
I visited today (21/02/25) at 11:30am. I called ahead at 10am, and the receptionist was kind and helpful. The customer service was excellent, and the radiologist was fantastic—very friendly and made the whole experience comfortable.
Suppose to be open until 5pm today. Closed. Wtaf! It was out of convenience that my 10 year old kid was to get an X-ray here. It’s not even 4pm.
