SCAM. **************** If you ask any question that they do not have a script for, they panic and immediately become rude. They also can not handle being caught in a lie. I was told that I could bring diabetic shoes with me when I picked up inserts. Now I am being told that I need a note from the manufacturer of the shoes saying that It is okay to have the inserts put into there shoes. Are you kidding me? When patient came in originally he was going to get shoes and inserts. 1/31/22 was the first we heard of patient not wanting shoes. We did not want to send inserts to one manufacturer and get shoes from another. We had left a message to see what shoes the patient would like to get because patient could not decide at appointment. but we received no response from patient until 1/31/22 when he informed he did not want shoes.
