Overpriced, waste of money on an application fee just to get denied for a tiny townhome that I can clearly afford, but it’s overpriced and they want you to make an insane amount of money.
My brother in law and sister moved here in October. The second week in November their kitchen flooded and they discovered this under the sink. Your eyes aren’t playing tricks on you, it is INDEED mold! My sister has 4 respiratory infections since moving here and the property management has done nothing. Oh but you can bet the current property manager, Bobbi, will be parading around the complex with her fireball or crown.
