Very annoying company, cold calling me twice to ask if I am interested in selling my house when I have never expressed interest in doing so to them or anyone. A horrible, invasive, no class business model of a company that clearly does not have enough real business so is desperately trying to find business by disturbing people's time.
Josh was a huge help in buying my first home. I was working with a different agent at a different company initially, who just wasn't meeting my needs. Once I switched over to Josh, I immediately felt the difference! He is very hands-on, communicative, and answered all of my questions. Especially appreciated his help with getting a great home inspection and final negotiations. I hope to work with him again!
