The guide was very knowledgeable about the mines. We recommend this tour for everyone. Well worth the time
This is a must do if you are in Georgetown. We were greeted out front by the Miner who was friendly and full of information. The tour of the mine is extensive and very interesting with so many examples of how the mine functioned both in the past and today. We had a great time!
Honestly an amazing tour!!! Paul, our tour guide, was extremely personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and I mean it is an experience. Not only do you experience how it would have been back in the 18 and 19 00's, you get a chance to push a mine cart and chip away at rocks. I would recommend this tour to anyone in the area in a heartbeat.
We had an amazing time with Paul leading our tour. He knew a lot and we learned a lot. Our whole group from 73 year olds to 10 year olds had fun. The time flew by
