The new ladies on the desk was very inexperienced and kept my work document with her. She lies to me that she sent message to doctor. The doctor did not know I was there to fill my paper for work. Yes the doctor was busy, I stay d from 10am to 6:30pm just to fill my paper. for my . It was like someone who went to work but sat for 5 hours or six hours….
