Fantastic experience from start to finish! Brian is very knowledgeable and thorough sales rep who took care of everything. Dwight (the owner) and crew were very meticulous with every detail of the install, inside and out. Communication from start to finish was excellent and attentive. Couldn't be happier with the results. Everything got done exactly as described, planned, and on time as scheduled. Price was very reasonable for the quality of service. I'm actually looking forward to my next power outage. :)

I had a confirmed appointment for someone to come and look at my house for an estimate. When no one had arrived at the scheduled time, I waited 10 minutes past appointment time and called. Estimator hung up the phone when I said my name, then didn’t pick up when I called back. No response to the VMs I left. I absolutely understand that things come up and schedules change, but I expect communication around that, not to simply be hung up on and ghosted.

Capital Power installed a Kohler 20 kW generator @ our home . Brian Canestrari was our salesman and did the on site review and estimate. Brian was on time and did a thorough review of what was needed to match our needs. He answered my questions and returned an estimate in a timely fashion. Once we purchased the generator, Brian coordinated with Suburban Propane, to have both companies there on the install date. The install took about 5 hours. Dwight Mathusa was the main installer. The only downside in this experience is that Google doesn't allow more than 5 stars in a review. First spoke to Brian C. about a generator a couple of months ago. He came out to my house and we hit it off right away. We talked about various options regarding placement, the whole process, permits, etc. and every step of the way was a pure pleasure right up to, and including, today when Dwight and his team came out to do the installation.
