This is a review of my Kohler Generator 14 KW RCA that I just had installed. I did my homework and found out my choice research was correct to purchase a Kohler would be best one available. I contacted them and spoke to Brian Canestrari, he was extremely knowledgeable of the Kohler products available. He sent me every on the Generators that would work me, I read everything and asked to come over to discuss everything available, where to place the generator and where to place the transfer box. This company came out to our house and gave us an estimate and then when we followed up with Brian numerous times within a week of the estimate, they just ghosted us. Very unprofessional.
I recently had a Kohler free standing generator installed and have to say “What an amazing experience I had”. Dwight and his crew were the best people to work with! When he said he would be there, he was. Continually updated me when the installation was going on. In today’s world, most contractors promise one thing and don’t deliver. Dwight did and I cannot thank him enough. If you are looking into getting a generator, call Dwight at Capital Power. You won’t be sorry.
