Highly recommend for Kohler standby generator and service! They’ve been great to work with, making obtaining whole-house standby generator easy, they’re very thorough and helpful. And their expertise of the product and process is hard to come by these days. I feel really confident in having made this investment in my home. We’re in good hands with Capital Power.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Brian is very knowledgeable and thorough sales rep who took care of everything. Dwight (the owner) and crew were very meticulous with every detail of the install, inside and out. Communication from start to finish was excellent and attentive. Couldn't be happier with the results. Everything got done exactly as described, planned, and on time as scheduled. Price was very reasonable for the quality of service. I'm actually looking forward to my next power outage. :)

I had a confirmed appointment for someone to come and look at my house for an estimate. When no one had arrived at the scheduled time, I waited 10 minutes past appointment time and called. Estimator hung up the phone when I said my name, then didn’t pick up when I called back. No response to the VMs I left. I absolutely understand that things come up and schedules change, but I expect communication around that, not to simply be hung up on and ghosted.
