Ian spent nearly 40 minutes guiding me through what I need to do with my new hot tub, even though I didn't buy it through him. Also didn't try to sell me a bunch of "extras" on chemicals etc. Overall generally just seemed happy to try to help.
Treated very poorly. Was with them for awhile and because we disagreed with one little thing. They let us go with no answers. Very Unprofessional.
Best pool company we've found in the Fredericton area: dependable, reliable, and always up to date on the latest innovations. We've been customers of Capital Pool since they first opened and are very happy to recommend this wonderful family business. Although our unground pool was already an "older" pool when we bought our house 23 years ago, Capital Pool has helped us to keep it running in top shape, affording us so many happy summer hours.
