Carlos resolved my ventilation issue and uncovered an electri al issue that was able to be resol ed at the same time.
Carlos was awesome. I'm a bit of a DIY kind of guy and I fought with this garage floor drain clog for a couple hours and cleaned it to about 17feet, but I was stuck after that and still clogged. Carlos came in and did a great job explaining the cost and what he was going to do. Then he walked the walk and fixed the problem. Thanks to Carlos and Capital Plumbing !!
A few years later - the humidifier needed fixing and Dave did an excellent job: identified the problem, fixed it, and then explained what the issue had been, which I really appreciated. Very professional, personable, and helpful. Vince and his team were excellent - arranging a next-day installation of a new furnace in the dead of winter, after my 22-year old furnace gave up the ghost.
