Ive done business with this company for many years. The owner unfortunately has become unprofessional. In Oct 2024 I was having a somewhat serious leak with my bathroom fixtures. Owners wife said to take pictures and text to owner ***. The pipes were ***** and could break through at any moment. He never called me.
