Very nice apartments and maintenance is good, but the management is horrible. They change how parking is managed every 6 months and it only gets worse for the residents. they are only in one of the buildings an hour a day making it impossible to get packages. Any complaints are met with a disingenuous apology and nothing changes.

The apartments themselves are nice. Capital Place 11 is a very quiet complex which is very relaxing. Location is great as it is walking distance from Downtown Phoenix. Maintenance was always very attentive and kind. Parking is limited and to keep your cars within the locked gates, it is $40/month per car. If you don't pay, you face parking your car on the street in a not-so-nice part of the neighborhood. Mandatory valet trash fee which is a little outrageous. My husband and I lived in the 11 building in a one bedroom apartment. We moved to Phoenix for a short time and Capital Place was wonderful to us. From the pre-move in details of having furniture delivered to the care of the staff and prompt maintenance, this place truly took care of us. My husband and I use wheelchairs and their ADA units were great: lowered counters, microwave on the counter, wide doorways, lowered light switches, grab bars and a spacious bathroom with no obstruction to get under the sink.
